Big dumb and awesome

ToyBiz, Marvel Toys who the fuck knows who made this gigantic piece of awesomeness but it was and is a great figure. This was what ever that companies name is/was when they made the Independent Heroes lines. Pitt was the first series BAF they had and he was the one most every fan wanted. I sure as shit wanted him, not because I was a fan of the comic, fuck I have never read any Pitt comics, but the figure was and is mother fucking awesome. Pitt was split in six parts packed with six different figures.

Pitt is as wide as he is tall which makes him massive. He is one of the most wide BaF's ever made for his size. He is about 8" tall which makes him damn near as wide. Pitt is primarily grey with blue torn pants silver chains on his ankles, wrists, waist and across his chest. He has a black colored vest on his back. Pitts hair is long and black and done in a rotating pony tail. His eyes are red, blood shot red. Pitt has a wicked smile on his face with very white teeth that are painted very well. The silver on Pitt's chains across his chest are rubbing off on his chest under the vest and leaving silver marks. There is a black wash on Pitt's jeans that make them look dirty as well as on the chains.

Pitt's articulation is a ball jointed hinge so he can look up and down. he has ball jointed shoulders. Single hinged elbows but the size of his arms limits his range of motion. His wrists are hinged with a swivel joint. Each one of his fingers is articulated in two places once on the knuckle and another on the upper digit. He has ab crunch and a waist rotation. His hips are ball jointed so he can do the splits, his hips swivel, he has single jointed knees, ankle rotation and hinge at the foot, his toes are articulated, so he can kinda stand on his toes.



















Like I said at the beginning of this review Pitt is an amazing character and the one thing I did not say is that my best friend Tyler gave him to me knowing how much I wanted him when he was doing a massive clean out of some of his figures. So Tyler thank you very much for one of the many center pieces of my toy collection I display the Pitt with pride and happiness knowing he is sitting right there as one of my lords of my shelves.

Giant hand

Mark Hamill has done many different things for the geek culture but this one is is pretty awesome. He played a giant handed dildo light sabre wielding bad guy to Jay and Silent Bob's Blunt Man and Chronic. Cock Knocker has a fabric costume that is exactly like his costume in Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back. The costume on this figure is fabric which usually bothers me for action figures because that puts them in the same line as dolls but for this figure I will make an exception because he is so very well done.

Cock Knocker has platinum blonde hair with pale skin a really good face sculpt that actually looks like Mark Hamill. He is wearing a domino mask that is yellow on the outside and blue on he inside by his eyes. The platinum hair is spikey. His costume is a dark blue body suit with a yellow and black band going down the chest, and around his waist. Where the stripe and belt connect there is a 'buckle' that has a stylish CK on it that stands for Cock Knocker. On the biceps and the wrists, his thighs also have the band on them. His boots are yellow with a CK on them too. He has a black cape that falls down to his mid calf. The cape clasps at the neck and looks like it connects with a golden chain and two golden buttons.
 

Cock Knocker is articulate at the neck with only a swivel. His shoulders are hinge ball jointed. Both elbows are hinged and the wrist on the left hand is hinged with a swivel, that hand is cast open so he can hold his dildo-sabre. He has some sort of spring activated whats-it so he can do his cock knocker punch. His massive hand is cast just like it was in the movie, gigantic and with an opening that he can hold his dildo-sabre. He has ball jointed hips, and hinge knees. I don't know about his ankles because his boots are a tougher rubber that really makes it hard to bend and test them so alas I will not. There are holes in the bottom of the boots so he can stand on his 'battle' stand.

Seeing Red

Kaine Parker is the second spider clone to take the name of Scarlet Spider. There are a few differences with the comic version of Kaine and Peter Parker. Kaine in the comics is 6'4" and weighs 250 #'s, where as Peter Parker is 5'10" and 165 #'s. Other than being a spider clone of the original Spider-Man, when he was going by just the name Kaine he had powers that Spider-Man did not have and he was able to leave a brand on people that he called the Mark of Kaine usually it was burned into his victim's faces as an ever lasting scar for the remainder of their lives.

This version of the Scarlet Spider does not do any of that as he is trying to be and succeeding at being a hero. His costume is red and black, primarily red with black thrown in here and there to break up the scarlet. Starting at the head Scarlet Spider has a black head with black shoulders, going down his back his black goes to a point that goes down to the middle of his back. The black on his back is broken up by a scarlet spider emblem. His eyes are red, in the center of his chest there is a black spider emblem. Each of his fingers are black. The paint on Scarlet is pretty awesome there is no running, blotching or smudges at all he is painted well.

Articulation on this figure is pretty outstanding I think anyway. His head is on a ball joint with a hinge that allows him to look left, right, up and down very well. Scarlet has an armpit joint that allows him to swing his arm out a little more. His shoulders are ball jointed so he can swing his arms out at a very wide range. He has swivel biceps. double jointed elbows so you can get him into some pretty dynamic poses for a spider character. The wrists are hinge and pin joints. He has a chest/ab crunch, a waist rotation. His legs are where the articulation really is, his upper hips are ball jointed, he has swivel thighs, double hinge knees, hinge ankles and ankle rotation that works great. Kaine's hands are cast in a fist and a thwip fingers.

Compared to the original Scarlet Spider action figure that came out over a decade and a half ago he is an amazing update but he isn't Ben Riley Scarlet Spider. I like Kaine as Scarlet Spider I should have kept reading Scarlet Spider's individual title.
